Who this is for
This application is operated by Nathapol Buddhamongkol (“Nash”) for personal use only. It is not offered as a service to the public, has no users other than the operator, and is not affiliated with WHOOP, Inc.
What data is collected
When the operator authorizes the WHOOP OAuth flow, the application receives recovery, sleep, workout, cycle, profile, and body-measurement data from the operator's own WHOOP account through the official WHOOP Developer API.
How the data is used
Data is used solely to inform the operator's personal AI health coach (an internal tool). It powers individualized feedback on training readiness, sleep, and longevity markers. No automated decisions are made on behalf of any third party.
Where the data is stored
Fetched data is stored on the operator's personal Mac mini and a private Notion workspace owned by the operator. Data is never transmitted to advertisers, analytics providers, or any third-party service beyond the storage destinations listed.
Sharing
Data is not sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties. Access is limited to the operator.
Retention & deletion
The operator may delete stored data at any time by removing the local files and Notion records. Revoking the WHOOP authorization from the WHOOP account dashboard immediately stops further data collection.
Security
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in environment files outside of any version-controlled repository. The application enforces HTTPS for all redirect and callback URLs.
